Working at Camp Leopold or Camp Woodie means making a real impact while doing work that matters. Staff spend their days outdoors inspiring kids to explore nature, learn conservation, and build confidence through hands-on experiences. It’s a fun, high-energy environment with a strong team culture, meaningful leadership opportunities, and skills that carry into careers in education, conservation, and beyond. If you want a job that’s active, purpose-driven, and genuinely rewarding, camp is the place to be.
Leopold Instructors at Camp Woodie are key to delivering engaging Leopold classes and serving as secondary caregivers for our campers. They are responsible for designing, teaching, and coordinating these classes, ensuring that each session is educational and enjoyable. In addition to leading the Leopold classes, Leopold Instructors play a vital role in guiding campers through their personal growth and skill development, fostering a supportive and enriching environment that enhances both their outdoor experience and personal development.
