Adventureworkers is an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that is specialized in catering to the needs of the outdoor industry.
Employers all over the world can upload and manage open positions their companies may have as well as possible candidates through the whole application process.
Multiple hiring managers can post jobs, manage applications, and exchange their thoughts on candidates. This includes communication with the candidates, tracking the application status, and even inviting new potential candidates to open positions.
Adventureworkers.com is your one-stop shop for finding the right people for all your needs!
We have worked and lived in some of the best places on earth. The experiences that come with seasonal and full-time work in adventurous settings are life-changing, to say the least.
We built this Applicant Tracking System for the outdoor industry to share those opportunities with passionate job seekers while connecting employers to the best possible candidates.
Hiring for remote jobs and positions that require advanced skill sets is a difficult task. In many cases, the hiring is done sight unseen. We work with a large network of outdoor education and certification schools to locate ideal employees.
We have qualified website traffic, social syndication, social job boards, and a mobile app to extend your reach. Our tech is second to none in this space and our experience in the outdoor industry works in everyone’s favor.
Job seekers can post resumes and search the best companies and positions with custom filters. Employers and recruiters can search for resumes and connect with candidates.
It’s our mission to make the process seamless and easy for everyone. We want to save you time and headaches by providing the best platform around. We also strive to have the best customer service, answering questions, building custom options for employers, and responding to your needs immediately.
We hope job seekers and employers alike will share their awesome stories and successes to inspire and drive our community!
Zach Lazzari is an outdoor writer and photographer specializing in fly fishing and hunting.
Zach founded Adventure Job Board, the former version of adventureworkers in 2016 after working as a fly fishing guide and tour operator in Alaska, Colorado, Montana and Patagonia Chile.
He noticed the common struggle to locate and hire great employees for jobs in remote areas.
The job board was launched to help employers and adventure job seekers connect through a simple and effective platform.
Currently, Zach is planning an adventurous drive through central and South America with his dog and fly rod.
You can follow that adventure at The Busted Oarlock
Rene is an environmental engineer who has an unstopable love for outdoor adventures and adventure sports such as windsurfing, mountain biking, skiing etc.
In spite of his education as an engineer he decided to turn his passion into profession and joined Zach in 2017.
He is using his technical background for all things related to programming and the technical architecture of Adventure Workers.
Moreover he is taking care of client and applicant communication and running promotion campaigns.
Since he is based in Germany the time difference plays in his favor as he can set up campaigns and work on technical stuff while the US is still fast asleep.
We have worked and lived in some of the best places on earth. The experiences that come with seasonal and full time work in adventurous settings are life changing to say the least. We built this job board to share those opportunities with passionate job seekers while connecting employers to the best possible candidates.
