The Customer Service/Office Manager will be responsible for performing and/or assisting with all duties related to the smooth operation of our Customer Service Department and managing customer service office staff. This may include responding to emails/phone calls, office/guide area organization, creating departure packets, contracting and more. The Customer Service/Office Manager will be expected to behave professionally and responsibly, to complete tasks efficiently and accurately within given timelines, and to accomplish daily job duties with minimal supervision.
