Program Sales Manager

The Program Sales Manager is excited by adventure and has one of the most valuable roles at Deer Hill Expeditions. As the first impression for students, parents and schools, the Program Sales Manager recruits by getting people excited about the opportunity for personal growth and a one-of-a-kind team building/leadership experience offered by Deer Hill. The Program Sales Manager is responsible for raising awareness and expanding the reach of the organization in an effort to further the Deer Hill mission and grow the organization.

Job Overview

• Engage with schools, parents and students via phone, web conference and in-person meetings and events to recruit and enroll more attendees.
• Seamlessly guide direct mail and digital funnel efforts to move prospects from interest to application.
• Proactively engage with prospective attendees, representing and reflecting the enthusiasm of Deer Hill Expeditions.
• Consistently track, report and meet expectations on goals, results and growth for admissions. 
• Build strong, positive relationships with targeted schools, groups and alumni to grow admissions.
• Implement and expand new outreach programs and sales strategies to expand the organization’s reach through advocacy, exposure and thought leadership.

Special Benefits

• 2021: $22k-$27k, May to December 
• 2022: $33k-$40k, Year round, Full Time

Minimum Requirements

• Proven success in sales or admissions recruitment experience.
• Passionate about outdoor adventures.
• An ability to relate well to teenagers, adults and school administrators.
• Multimedia experience (e.g. photography, graphic layout, email design).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills via phone, text, video & email.
• Commitment to the success of the program and participants.
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed to support sales efforts.
