Job Overview

Sailing Instructors/Skippers lead summer live-aboard diving, sailing and marine science programs in the Caribbean aboard 40-55 ft. catamarans and monohulls.

Skippers sail a yacht and teach basic sailing skills as they guide middle or high school students on an adventure through the Caribbean. Skippers are paired with another instructor and supervise students 24/7, facilitate group dynamics, assist students with cooking and cleaning duties, support scuba training and other program activities. Students and instructors live aboard the yacht for the duration of their program, so experience living in close quarters is a plus.

Broadreach is an IYT (International Yacht Training) partner school and offers courses from their curriculum.

Special Benefits

Paid position with food and accommodations included.
