Job Overview

Reporting to the Assistant Director, this position will be responsible for the development and implementation of program activities for Green Chimneys’ summer camps. The Program Manager will oversee all curriculum development for each group of campers, develop and maintain relationships with camp families, assist in training and supervising  summer staff, and assist in the day to day operations of the summer camps.

**This is a temporary appointment.  (May to September) Not benefit eligible.

Bachelor’s Degree required, but will consider non-degreed or candidates working towards their degree with equivalent experience. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ administrative experience; supervisory experience; and experience working in Outdoor Education and/or camp programs. The Program Manager must have Responding to Emergencies and CPR for the Professional Rescuer OR the ability to obtain certification within the first 3 months of employment.
