Activity Staff

Our campers are taught to appreciate the simplicity of life, values of human relations, wonders of nature, importance of self-reliance, respect for each other and our natural environment and the thrill of high adventure. We look for staff with positive attitudes, great work ethic, passion and high level of skill for their activity, excitement, community spirit, kind-hearted, tolerant, selflessness, respectful. Most of all-we are looking for incredible role models for our campers!

Job Overview

We are seeking Activity staff to lead our campers in a huge variety of activities here at base camp. We are looking for passionate sports coaches, golf instructors, lifeguards (we can provide the certification if you can swim!), wood workers, musicians, skateboard staff, archery, riflery and fencing instructors (and more!!!).  Male staff live in a cabin with boys aged 6-17 and teach an activity during the day. Training and support provided. Inspire the next generation of True Gentlemen and make a difference this summer!

Minimum Requirements

Depends on the department you are applying for. Passion and experience for the sport is a must. Love of working with and inspiring the next generation a must! Enthusiastic, hard working, selfless, love working with children.
