Job Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and versatile facilitator to work in our ropes course and climbing wall program for our 8 week season (6/26-8/18). We have a 3 sided climbing wall, low and high ropes elements and zip line. Our ideal candidate is great with kids of all ages, has solidteam building/belaying skills and is passionate about sharing experiential education with children ages 5-15.

We are happy to send the right candidates to professional training or certification in this field and we’ll cover the expenses! If you have always wanted to put your hobby to work, let us help you!

Our camp culture is supportive and kind, the food is amazing (full dining hall service for lunch daily), the facilities are pristine and our team is warm and welcoming.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities include facilitating different groups on the ropes course throughout the week, help with course set up and clean up, maintaining all safety standards, participation in camp life/special events, and full integration in the camp community.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour

Schedule: 8am-4pm Mon-Fri

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

Must have experience leading groups and working with children.
Must have experience/familiarity with belaying.
Training from a professional ropes course vendor (High 5, Project Adventure, etc) preferred and highly valuable.
