Full-time/year-round opportunity with Glacier Raft Company!

We are hiring a year-round manager to lead a mid-size team of hardworking and fun-loving seasonal adventurers. This position will manage all aspects of the Glacier Outdoor Center Housekeeping department. Our team is made up of locals and seasonal adventurers from around the US and the world. 

Responsibilities include:

• Supply ordering

• Budget management

• Cleaning short-term stay cabins and hotel rooms

• Staff training 

• Monitor safety conditions in the cabins during the cleaning process to make sure employees are working in a safe manner and wearing proper safety equipment. Safety is a top priority for all staff

• Staff scheduling

• Arrange weekly trips to town for J1 students

• Oversee laundry facility

• Inspire and facilitate your team to experience the Glacier area

Our team is primarily made up of people looking to spend their summer exploring Glacier Country. Enabling and encouraging that exploration and passion for this area is a key part of our management team’s mission. Candidates for this job should not only consider this a housekeeping position but also that of an area ambassador and team captain.
