We are seeking fun, adventurous, hard-working, and conscientious people to join our team under the Midnight Sun. Our hiring needs range from chefs and servers, to naturalists and management, and everything in between. MAJOR ACTIVITIES (Typical Duties/Responsibilities):
/ Set up and maintain station
/ Use standard recipes and presentations as indicated
/ Prepare food for dining room service
/ Prep food as needed and for following shift
/ Proper and safe handling of food and equipment
/ Keep work areas clean and sanitized at all times
/ Prepare station for next shift
/ Wrap, label, and date all food products
/ Make sure all equipment is clean such as stovetop, grill, griddle, pizza oven etc.
/ Prepare freezer pulls for following shift
/ Prepare prep list for following shift
/ Dishwashing when needed
/ Approximately 40 hours per week
/ Other duties as assigned
