Carbon County Steakhouse is a high end steakhouse serving daily features as well as signature dishes. Newly remodeled in 2015, this beautiful restaurant is one of the most well known and loved in Montana and Wyoming. We currently serve dinner Tuesday – Sunday.
We looking for an experienced Sous Chef and culinary leader. Must be highly skilled at both grill and saute stations. The successful candidate will assist the Chef de Cuisine in both culinary and administrative tasks while communicating with the General Manager. We’re looking for a professional who is dedicated to team-work, quality and sets high standards for their output. Wages are $18-$20 plus tips.
