Job Overview

Looking for a great gig in an amazing location with a pretty cool team?  Love cooking and interacting with cool people?   

*Yonder is hiring for the 2022 season which started March 1st 2022 and will end in the late fall.* 

We are looking for a Cook for our park. 

Wages starting at $16/hr.  

What does that look like? Here are some things you’ll be doing: 

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace 
• Keeping grab and go food items for the park’s General Store offerings stocked 
• Prepping food for service hours 
• Cooking to order 

• Taking care of guests out of a food truck (taking orders, cooking, tidying up, etc.) 

Cooks report to the Kitchen Manager and will work in our food truck and prep grab-n-go options for the General Store’s offerings. Facilities include the food truck and a small prep kitchen.   

A little more info: Yonder Escalante is located near Bryce Canyon National Park and within Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument (midway between Salt Lake City and Las Vegas). 

We are looking for great humans who have their own self-contained housing / “rig” (van life, RV, camper trailer, tiny home, bus home). Our employee grounds have full hook-ups, and our staff has access to those beautiful bathhouses as well.
