We are operating on a “credit basis” where a credit currently simply stands for a single simultaneous job posting. So, say you are hiring for a summer camp and you need camp counselors, a camp director, and a cook, that would be three job postings and hence 3 credits.

All you need to do is register an account as an employer, complete your company profile and then post your first job!

While doing that, you will be able to select the package you want to go with and that’s it!

Yes! You can clone an existing job in your dashboard with two clicks!

Yes! You can set up as many Employees as you want in your main Company Dashboard!

What they will be able to do (amongst others):

• Edit & Post jobs
• See candidates that applied
• Leave notes and process applications

If you have already signed up: Click on “Manage Employees” in your dashboard to get started!

Yes! You can just set up the correct application link (where you would usually have candidates apply) on a job-by-job basis!

Any application that comes in will then be routed towards your custom link. As a backup, the application will still be stored in your AJB Employer dashboard!

Unfortunately, this is not allowed for simple reasons:

• You won’t be able to identify which position the application was for
• We are focusing on targeted job promotions and there usually is a very different profile for two separate positions (e.g. for a Cook compared to Front Desk Staff)
• The external job boards will not allow these kinds of postings and your job will end up not showing
