You can just invite as many co-workers as you want by going to the Manage Employees Tab, filling in their email and you are good to go!

Note: Employees will be able to edit jobs, create new jobs and see candidates that applied.

Unfortunately, this is not allowed for simple reasons:

• You won’t be able to identify which position the application was for
• We are focusing on targeted job promotions and there usually is a very different profile for two separate positions (e.g. for a Cook compared to Front Desk Staff)
• The external job boards will not allow these kinds of postings and your job will end up not showing

All you need to do is click on the three dots to the right of the job () and click “Deactivate Job” or “Delete Job”.

Note: if your screen is not wide enough to display the three dots, it will show you a green plus sign to the left (). Click on that and the three dots will show up!

Please confirm that your profile is completed and all mandatory fields are filled. You can quickly check that by hitting the “update” button. If you still can’t activate your job, please reach out and we’ll look into this for you!
