SailFuture is an innovative nonprofit organization committed to transforming the life outcomes of youth at risk. We provide a holistic continuum of care—including long-term housing, adventure therapy, mental health services, private education, and career readiness—delivered through a powerful, relationship-centered model.

At the core of our work is a deep belief in second chances and the untapped potential within every young person we serve. Our programs are immersive, unconventional, and purpose-driven—ranging from international sailing expeditions to hands-on workforce training—designed to build resilience, confidence, and long-term success.

Based in St. Petersburg, Florida, SailFuture operates a constellation of integrated programs: a licensed family-style foster home, an accredited private high school, and a career development initiative. Together, they bring structure, stability, and opportunity to young men navigating some of life’s most difficult challenges.
