About Lazy L&B Ranch

The Lazy L&B Ranch is a historic dude ranch located in Dubois, Wyoming in the middle of Wind River country. The heart of the ranch is our horseback riding program as there's no better way to explore the diverse terrain surrounding the ranch but the fly-fishing is also pretty amazing. Our maximum number of guests is 35 and we strongly encourage staff to converse, dine and interact with our guests as much as possible.

Our best employees love the outdoors, enjoy meeting new people and have no problem putting in long hours and helping out wherever and whenever they're needed. We live and work together closely for the season so open communication and keeping drama to a minimum is key. Enjoying your work and having fun while doing it is important because we spend a lot of time working.
