Through conservation projects and environmental education, we empower our corps members to become environmental stewards, while developing self-sufficiency and work preparation skills to help them become productive members of our community. The LCCC is an accredited corps through the Colorado Youth Corps Association and is based in Fort Collins, Colorado.
To date, the LCCC operates seasonal programs focusing on a variety of conservation projects such as trail building/maintenance, habitat restoration, fire mitigation, invasive species removal, and home efficiency.
We have worked and lived in some of the best places on earth. The experiences that come with seasonal and full time work in adventurous settings are life changing to say the least.
