About Denali Raft Adventures

Family owned and operated since 1974, Denali Raft Adventures, Inc. is the original raft company on the Nenana River in Denali National Park, Alaska. We offer premier rafting trips at affordable prices, providing a unique and exciting way to explore Denali. Customers can choose between The Wilderness Run and The Canyon Run. Both trips provide about two hours of time on the river and cover around 11 river miles. The Wilderness Run is a beautiful family friendly float featuring outstanding panoramic views of the Healy Mountain Range, this is a Class II section of river with one Class III rapid for an extra splash of fun! The Canyon Run is the choice for veterans of whitewater, thrill seekers, and beginners alike with Class III & IV rapids flowing through the tall rock walls of the Nenana River Gorge. These two sections can be combined for a full day of whitewater thrills and stunning Alaskan beauty.

Denali Raft team members assist customers into full protective gear including dry suits, river shoes, PFD's, and helmets. Safety and rafting instructions are provided before each trip. Customers can choose between an oar boat, in which they are able to sit in the raft and be rowed downstream by their guide or a paddle boat where they will be provided with paddles and their guide will assist with commands. We are a tight knit community, not just a work crew. This company operates on a small team of around 30 members and provides priceless memories to thousands every summer. Each team member is regarded as an important part of the operation and always has an open line of communication to management. Our camp is inclusive to all and welcomes everyone's unique talents and interests. We provide a full kitchen, utilities, laundry, living room with a smart TV, ping-pong, basketball hoop, and volleyball net.
