Our Mission

CDA's mission is to promote independence, self-confidence, and physical activity by providing safe, fun, and inclusive outdoor programs. We empower people of all abilities to explore nature, build skills, and connect with a vibrant community.

Our Programs

We offer a diverse range of adaptive outdoor activities throughout the year, designed to meet the unique needs of individuals with physical, cognitive, and developmental disabilities. Our programs include:

• Rafting: Rafting tailored to varying levels of ability.
• Cycling: Accessible biking adventures, using a variety of adaptive bikes.
• Disc Golf: Fun and inclusive games for all skill levels.
• Sled Hockey: A seasonal program for disabled veterans to develop skills and engage in friendly competition.
• Equine Programs: Therapeutic horseback riding that fosters physical and emotional growth.
• Kayaking and Stand-Up Paddleboarding: Water-based adventures adapted for all abilities.
• Adaptive Skiing: During the winter season, we provide customized skiing experiences for individuals of all abilities, using specialized equipment and trained instructors to ensure a safe and empowering experience on the slopes.
