Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused Seasonal Pontoon Boat Captain to operate a 22’ Sun Tracker pontoon on Lake Lewisville.

This role requires confidence, professionalism, and the ability to manage passengers while maintaining full control of the boat and trip environment. Captains are expected to enforce rules, monitor conditions, and prioritize safety over guest pressure at all times.

Minimum Requirements

• • Proven boating experience; pontoon experience strongly preferred

  • Comfortable operating and docking a pontoon in busy lake conditions

  • Able to confidently enforce rules and manage groups

  • Calm, level-headed decision-making under pressure

  • Texas Boater Education Card (or willingness to obtain before first shift)

  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred

  • Availability to work weekends and holidays during the season

  • At least 21 years old with reliable transportation

  • Must be comfortable prioritizing safety over guest preferences at all times
