At Captain Martin’s Boat Charters, this isn’t a party job. It’s a responsibility forward role where professionalism, judgment, and safety matter.
Our captains are trusted to run the boat, manage passengers, and make sound decisions on the water. In return, we provide clear standards, paid training, and backing when safety calls need to be made.
You’ll work in a well organized operation with reliable scheduling, maintained boats, and straightforward expectations. If you enjoy being in charge, staying calm with groups, and running clean, controlled trips, this is a great fit.
We hire deliberately and support our captains. If you take pride in doing things the right way and want steady seasonal work in a professional environment, you’ll feel at home here.
