Kinetic Trails is looking for a full-time Hand Crew member to build world-class trails around the country. Our project stack for the 2023 season is broad as we are building pathways across the country from northern Maine, to Georgia, to the Colorado mountains. Projects are diverse in scope and serve multiple communities, and the ideal candidate is thrilled for the adventure and eager to do good, hard work in nature. A Kinetic crew member has callused, experienced hands and champions excellent work ethic. Fundamentally, they have a high standard of professionalism and hold themselves accountable.
Travel is essential as projects are nationwide.

Role Description
The Hand Crew role, simply put, builds trails with their hands. Crew members use hand tools to dig, grade, shape, clear, pack, and finish trail corridor. They also often move native rocks as trail features, like steps and walls, and clear debris, felled trees, branches, and roots. This role is the lifeblood to our operation and is tasked to maintain a steady and efficient footage of completed trail per day.
Responsibilities
