Job Overview

The primary purpose and function of this position is to serve as the day to day facilities and maintenance person for the Shadowcliff campus, caring for the facilities and property. The responsibilities include proactive and preventive maintenance and upkeep, timely repairs, progress updates, assigning special projects to staff, and working with the leadership team and Board for design and implementation of long term improvements.

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience in the general repair and maintenance of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other facilities-based systems. 
  • An inquisitive, investigative, can-do mentality when addressing repair projects.
  • Ability to work with limited resources and ability to improvise where required.
  • Sign Employment & Community Standards Agreement
  • Sign Health & Safety Agreement
