Come be a camp counselor on the Northern California coast! Our staff are an integral part our our farm community, leading our campers to help raise farm animals, tend to a plentiful garden, and contribute to a thriving camp community. We work hard and play hard on the farm, living very simply in our rustic setting. We sleep under the stars, amongst the redwoods in comfortable platform tents ⛺️ , every counselor getting their own living space to set up and call home for the summer.
Unit counselors are responsible for the care and supervision of the campers in all aspects of the program. Depending on the period of the day, they lead their unit group, lead activity or chore groups, supervise general areas of camp, or execute special parts of the program. They build positive relationships with campers and serve as role models and authority figures.
We have worked and lived in some of the best places on earth. The experiences that come with seasonal and full time work in adventurous settings are life changing to say the least.
