Summary of Duties – Managing the customer experience within the offered programs and services. Teaching, training, coaching ski and snowboard techniques in accordance with the SNÖBAHN platform. Operating revolving slope machinery safely and responsibly. Assisting at the café / bar as necessary. Assisting with customer check-in and reception as necessary. Assisting with parties and corporate events as required. Maintaining a clean facility and equipment. Ensuring smooth operations of lessons, clinics, parties, events, and camps – focusing on customer service. Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications – Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. High degree of organizational acumen. Assertiveness and confidence. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service. People skills should be a strong attribute. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion. Problem-solving. Creative thinking. General enthusiasm about the ski and snowboard industry. Experience, teaching, training or coaching desirable. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on the telephone. Must be able to be standing / walking for long durations. Must be 21+.
