Job Overview

We are Seeking a Administrative/personal assistant to provide bookkeeping and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will complete a variety of tasks related to manager’s social, business and personal engagements. Part-time 20-30 hours/wk. Work is primarily telecommute with daily trips to Park City expected.

• Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
• Scheduling appointments and meetings
• Ability to anticipate needs
• Make travel arrangements
• Bookkeeping

• Proven work experience as a personal assistant
• Quickbooks experience
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Real Estate experience a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Occasional weekend duties
• High School degree
