Job Overview
 Trip Leaders are responsible for leading off-camp outdoor activities and supporting cabin counselors during trips. Duties include assisting with trip logistics, driving, food prep, and leading activities that include day hikes, one and two-night backpacking trips, rock climbing, mountain biking, canoeing, whitewater rafting, climbing tower, water zip line, and team building/group initiative games. Leaders must be at least 21 years of age with a clean driving record, WFA/WFR certified and have experience preparing for and leading trips in the backcountry.
 General Counselors share activities, meals and facilitate evening circle and Activity Counselors are trained in specific activity areas and are responsible for creating fun and exciting lessons. Counselors must be at least 18 years old and have completed one year of college, prior experience working with children and outdoor skills in a variety of activities.
Depending on position, salaries start at $2,325–$2,775 plus room, board and the time of your life. The summer season runs from May 22nd to August 11th. If you can thrive in a camp environment as well as provide a substantive experience for campers in the outdoors, fill out the online application.
