- Specific Duties
Sell activity trips to walk in customers and correctly follow procedures to ensure the trip is correctly implemented. When rostered, to act in a supporting role to the trip (s), its customers and staff by providing general assistance, Take on the responsibility of a group of participants and facilitate it through an Insight Adventures program including the provision of communication about the program and activities, entertainment and management of logistics, To be able to communicate effectively with our customers using the English language Act in an accommodating and courteous manner to customers, business partners, and other staff members. Ensuring that all activity equipment is kept in good condition, used correctly and returned after usage, To monitor duty rosters so that when rostered, you are aware and attend on time
