Burnt Pine Plantation
Burnt Pine Plantation is an up-market shooting preserve and 26-bed lodge outside of Atlanta. We are seeking a chef to produce our lunch & evening menus. The applicant should be able to prepare a buffet lunch and plate a five-course meal each evening. We rotate between four different menus. Plate presentations are a very important aspect of the job.
- Formal culinary training or equivalent fine dining experience is required.
- Salary is negotiable based on experience.
- Housing can be provided.
- Position can be seasonal Oct through March or potentially full time.
