Inn at Newport Ranch
Award winning Inn on 2000 acre private preserve on the Mendocino coast seeks full time chef to run our small guest only kitchen. Duties include breakfast, some lunches, baking and dinner. Shift schedule managed with current part time dinner cook. Events include weddings, reunions and retreats, guest counts can range from 2 to 49. Focus on local seasonal dishes. We have two gardens with gardener to grow and maintain any seasonal ingredients you would desire. As we are a small venue, catering only to our guests. This is a hands on position, which requires full time line shifts, prepping, dishwashing, and keeping a clean, well organized kitchen.
The Inn at Newport Ranch is an award winning 7 room near Fort Bragg on the Mendocino Coast boasting a mile and a half of coast line and over 20 miles of hiking trails. Job includes onsite apartment and monthly bonuses.
